With Visit Connect, you can prepare for your trade show participation efficiently and effectively. The primary contact person within your organization will receive an invitation from us to log in to Visit Connect. Within just a few clicks, you can:
• Register yourself and your team for access and badges
• Find your unique invitation link to invite your contacts
• Showcase your company profile and products
• Connect, chat, and schedule (online) meetings with visitors
• Scan, qualify, download, and follow up on leads
In short: organize your team, promote your company, connect with visitors, and follow up on your leads.
If someone else requires access to the platform, please add them with the appropriate permissions. You can also update the primary contact person through your account manager.
A successful trade show starts well before the exhibition floor opens. Exhibitors who prepare thoroughly, maintain a strong presence, and actively invite visitors often achieve a higher return on their participation.

• Order all your required items in advance through the webshop in MyJaarbeurs.
